London- Film-makers all over the world are looking for partnerships, fundings and a little bit of extra help. It's quite normal to have at least three-four partners to make one good film. A new website 'Film File Europe' is about the European film business- what's being funded, produced and distributed, who makes it work and how to find them. We at India-EU Film Initiative organise events to facilitate networking that helps in meeting all sorts of film-makers. A lot of information on this site would help you in this direction.

'Film File Europe' site is aimed at those with a professional interest in films- producers, distributors, exhibitors, sales people and researchers. But it's still in a developing mode so please do not expect a lot. It is based on a growing database of primarily European productions, production companies, distributors and funders. It's supported by the UK Film Council for an online database of European films.
